For studio classes:
- Bring a mat (if you don't have one you can usually rent one there)
- A water bottle
- Drink lots of water before attending a hot yoga class
- 2 towels: one beach towel and one sweat towel
Wear light fitting clothes that are easy to move in, and if you have long hair bring a hair tie to put your hair up. Most important: come with an open mind, so you are ready to try a new experience!
For outdoor classes:
- Bring a yoga mat
- A water bottle
- 2 towels: one long beach towel and one small sweat towel
- Sunscreen (preferably put on before)
- Yourself!
Wear light fitting clothes (but bring a jacket/hoodie in case the weather changes), wear running shoes and bring a hair tie. Just like in studio classes, please come with an open mind!
